In the third segment of newly launched CODEPINK radio, join our host Rose Asaf, a CODEPINK Organizer from New York as she discusses the latest dire issues of military mobilization, both at home and abroad. Rose discusses undocumented immigrant welfare rule, Trump administrations revised Statue of Liberty poem, the possible Norway shooter, the harrowing ban placed on Representative Talib and Ilhan from entering Israel, and the dynamic protest in an NYC Amazon office lead by “Jews Against ICE” and “Jews Against Racial Injustice” in their fight to condemn Amazon’s affiliation with ICE.

Rose also interviews Hafsa Kanjwal from “Stand with Kashmir” will discuss the impending war between India and Pakistan, the fight for Kashmir, revocation of article 370 and its implications. Hafsa provides thought-provoking discussions on the dire state of Kashmir, and what we can do to help. Our second guest for the show is Jesse Ortiz, an organizer with Cosecha. Cosecha is a national organization working for undocument immigrant rights in the United States. Jesse gives us an insight into the lives of immigrants under Trump administration, the increased activity of ICE and what people can do to stop ICE’s violent raids.
